Jake Bowman

CONTROLLER

OMNI Resource Management

About:
Jake is OMNI Resource Management’s Controller and is responsible for daily accounting operations and preparing financial reports & analysis for all operating divisions. With over 15 years of experience in accounting roles, Jake works to ensure the financial health of our growing organization.

Outside of the OMNI office, he enjoys spending his time with his family.

Tim Butler

DIRECTOR OF SAFETY & COMPLIANCE

OMNI Resource Management

About:
Tim is responsible for quality control, compliance, and safety programs across all divisions of OMNI. This includes managing employee training, risk assessment and control, insurance claims, and ensuring compliance in sensitive environments and projects such as industrial facilities, clean rooms, and security systems.

With a degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Tim graduated Summa Cum Laude and is a certified trainer for OSHA, NSC First Aid and CPR. Tim has worked in the industry for 15 years and is a proud United States Air Force combat veteran in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Tim’s hobbies include golf, fantasy football and spending time with his nieces and nephews.

Brian Costa

MARKETING COORDINATOR

About:
Brian is OMNI Resource Management’s Marketing Coordinator. He’s responsible for  OMNI’s social media management, content creation, web design & maintenance, public outreach strategy and more. A graduate of New England Institute of Technology, Brian has held content creation and marketing positions since 2014, as well as owning his own photography business.

When Brian isn’t busy at work writing bios about himself in the 3rd person, he enjoys going on adventures with his 2 children or taking pictures of bugs.

Gabe Costa

About:
Gabe Costa is OMNI Building Service’s dedicated Project Superintendent. Gabe’s advanced carpentry skillset is the result of over 25 years of experience in commercial facility construction and maintenance. Gabe’s uplifting demeanor and humorous persona has established him as a client favorite.

When Gabe isn’t building OMNI’s latest project, he enjoys camping, visiting his home country of the Açores, spending time with his kids and grandkids, and playing cards with his buddies.

Samantha DaCosta

OFFICE MANAGER

About:
OMNI’s Office Manager position has been held by Samantha since the company was established. Sam has over 15 years of administrative experience in the facilities management industry, and keeps the firm running efficiently and smoothly with a high level of organization, an unbounding commitment to client satisfaction, and a bright demeanor that keeps employee morale at its peak.

When she’s not at work, Sam enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and gardening.

Tyler Dickson

Director of Business Development

As Director of Business Development, Tyler leads Omni’s Business Development team, which is focused on providing exceptional service and identifying the optimal custom solution to satisfy each individual client’s needs. Tyler is responsible for business growth through his relationships with clients and strategic partners.

Tyler studied Business Management at Framingham State University and lives in Massachusetts with his wife and three sons. When he isn’t working, he enjoys traveling, playing soccer, golfing, and cheering on his hometown teams—especially the Boston Celtics!

Chris Filburn

OPERATIONS MANAGER

About:
Chris is the Technical Service Manager at OMNI Technology. With a tenure of over 24 years with the company, Chris’ seasoned skillset has earned him the title of Grand Master in the low-voltage industry. Whether it’s a residential burglar alarm, commercial access control, intrusion detection system or fire alarm, Chris has the experience to lead any project to completion, on-time and on-budget.

Outside of OMNI, Chris is either fishing, camping, or searching for old LP’s, vintage toys or good tequila.

Fernando Galvao

VICE PRESIDENT

OMNI Technology Services

About:
As Vice President, Fernando brings over 15 years of experience in the security industry to the OMNI team. In his role, he provides oversight of day-to-day operations and project management to ensure team success by maintaining project budgets, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures in particular safety procedures. A natural project manager, Fernando is always focused on getting the job done right—the first time.

David Giorgi

SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

About:
David brings 18 years of business development and sales experience, including 7 years in the A/V and security industry. He will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with commercial and enterprise clients, focusing on healthcare, education, commercial office, and more.

A graduate of Salve Regina University in Newport RI, David’s wealth of experience and innovative strategies makes a significant impact on our business development team. 

Denise Laliberte

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

OMNI Technology Services

About:
As Omni Technology Services’ Office Administrator for over  5 years, Denise handles inbound calls and office reception, accounting, filing and overall client support and satisfaction. Prior to OMNI, Denise has spent the last 20 years as an Office Manager for various physical security companies in positions like payroll, billing and HR.

When she’s not at the front desk of our RI headquarters, Denise is an avid billiards player, and enjoys crafting and reading by the beach.

Mike Lima

PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

About:
Mike is one of OMNI Building Service’s Project Superintendents. His responsibilities range from coordinating and supervising sub contractors, materials procurement, and maintaining look-ahead schedules. Additionally, Mike assists with safety & compliance initiatives for all employees in his division.

Prior to OMNI, Mike has held similar positions and has over 20 years of experience in the field. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and visiting his home country of the Açores.

Ryan Luchka

OPERATIONS MANAGER

About:
As Operations Manager, Ryan provides management and day-to-day oversight of all Omni Technology service and installation requests. With over 15 years of experience in the electronic security industry, Ryan is a licensed communications technician with a deep expertise of the technical and operational requirements for installation projects. Focused on meeting each client’s desired result, Ryan takes great pride in a job well done.

When not at work, Ryan enjoys grilling, working around his house, and spending time with his family.

Randy Medeiros

PROJECT MANAGER

About:
OMNI Building Services’ Project Manager position is held by Randy Medeiros. Day to day responsibilities include leading projects from conception through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans.

Randy has over a decade of experience in the project management and estimating field. In his free time, Randy enjoys spending time with his family and playing competitive badmitton.

Maureen Miller

STAFF ACCOUNTANT / AR SPECIALIST

About:
As Staff Accountant & Accounts Receivable Specialist, Maureen processes the billing and collections for all of OMNI, as well as Project Administration for our Building Services Division. With over 30 years of professional accounting experience, Omni counts on Maureen to keep our day-to-day processes running smoothly and efficiently.

When she’s outside of the office, Maureen manages and pitches in two softball leagues and has been involved in cardio kickboxing for over 20 years.

Vanessa North

SALES ENGINEER

About:
Vanessa is our Sales Engineer and assists the sales team with systems design, estimating, large bids, and solidifying relationships with architects, engineers, GCs, ECs.

Vanessa brings 16 years of security industry experience, consisting of account management, project management, and engineering duties. Her understanding of construction projects and her familiarity with many of the vertical markets we operate in, has made her a great fit with OMNI.

 

Matt Nunes

About:
As OMNI Technology’s Account Manager, Matt’s goal is to bring a dynamic, streamlined and personal service experience to each of our clients, as well as ensuring our technicians are prepared with everything they need to efficiently complete current and future projects. 

Matt graduated from Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School and is currently studying to get his Massachusetts D License (Systems Technician). Outside of his career, he enjoys watching football & movies, and spending time with his girlfriend and family.

Chris Pratt

About:
As Founder and CEO of OMNI, Chris focuses on strategic direction, corporate development, service delivery, safety, and the overall growth of the company.

Since founding OMNI in 2018, Chris has led the acquisitions of Security Concepts, Rhode Island Alarms, Mainstream Communication Systems, and Alarm Computer Technology. These combined companies are now OMNI Technology Services, a regional leader in electronic security and technology integration. In 2020, Chris launched OMNI Building Services, specializing in commercial general contracting, construction, and facilities management.

Prior to OMNI, Chris was an executive at Suburban Resources, a regional leader in comprehensive facilities services. His background includes electronic security, technology integration, commercial construction, and facilities management.

Chris is a US Army combat veteran and served as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He holds a BS from Bryant University and an MBA from Babson College. When not at work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

Ed Walsh

VICE PRESIDENT

About:
Ed brings over 30 years of construction experience to the OMNI team. He is responsible for managing OMNI Building Services, including pre-construction services, estimating, scheduling, budget preparation, document distribution as well as general oversight of construction and building services projects. Prior to joining OMNI, Ed held various senior positions with large general contracting companies and owned and operated a successful general contracting and consulting business for over 15 years.

Ed holds a degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology, a Massachusetts and Rhode Island unrestricted Building License and OSHA 30 Certification. In his free time, Ed is involved in his local hockey association as a player, coach, and former board member.
