Chris Pratt

CEO

As CEO and Founder of OMNI, Chris focuses on strategic direction, corporate development, service delivery, safety, and the overall growth of the company. Since founding OMNI, Chris has led the acquisitions of Security Concepts and Rhode Island Alarms, and launch of OMNI Building Services and OMNI Industrial Services. Prior to OMNI, Chris was an executive at Suburban Resources, a regional leader in comprehensive facilities services. His background includes facilities maintenance, property & parking management, commercial construction, cleanroom maintenance, and industrial maintenance.

Chris is a US Army combat veteran and served as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He holds a BS from Bryant University and an MBA from Babson College. When not at work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.


Clint Wynne, Jr. CPP, CHS PSNA

President, Security Concepts

As President of Security Concepts, Clint is focused on business development, new growth platforms, and management of strategic relationships. Clint founded Security Concepts, Inc. in 1989 and grew the company until its acquisition by OMNI Resource Management in 2018. He holds many certifications and is actively involved in ASIS International.

Educated at Northeastern University in Criminal Justice with continuing education at Johnson & Wales University School of Business and the RI School of Design Photography School, Clint continues to study the latest in security systems and trends. Clint enjoys riding his motorcycle and spending time with family.


Ed Walsh

Vice President, Building Services

Ed brings over 30 years of construction experience to the OMNI team. He is responsible for managing OMNI Building Services, including pre-construction services, estimating, scheduling, budget preparation, document distribution as well as general oversight of construction and building services projects. Prior to joining OMNI, Ed held various senior positions with large general contracting companies and owned and operated a successful general contracting and consulting business for over 15 years.

Ed holds a degree in Building Construction Management, from Wentworth Institute of Technology, a Massachusetts and Rhode Island unrestricted Building License and OSHA 30 Certification. In his free time, Ed is involved in his local hockey association as a player, coach, and former board member.


Tim Butler

Director of Safety and Compliance

Tim has responsibility for quality control, compliance, and safety programs across all divisions of OMNI. This includes managing employee training, risk assessment and control, insurance claims, and ensuring compliance in sensitive environments and projects such as industrial facilities, cleanrooms, and security systems.

With a degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Tim graduated Summa Cum Laude and is a certified trainer for OSHA, NSC First Aid and CPR. Tim has worked in the industry for 15 years and is a proud United States Air Force veteran and combat veteran in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Tim’s hobbies include golf, fantasy football and spending time with his nieces and nephews.


Tyler Dickson

Business Development Manager

As Business Development Manager, Tyler is responsible for new business generation, project estimating, systems design, proposal creation, and relationship building. Tyler is passionate about connecting with clients and partners to learn about their facilities operations and identifying custom solutions that meet their specific needs. Focused on providing great service, Tyler is an expert at identifying the right OMNI Resource Management solutions for businesses of all types, including education, healthcare, medical marijuana, hospitality, government, and commercial offices.

Tyler received a degree in Business Management from Framingham State University and lives in Massachusetts with his wife and son. When he isn’t working, he enjoys being outdoors, and cheering on his hometown teams—especially the Boston Celtics!


Fernando Galvao

General Manager, Security Concepts

As General Manager, Fernando brings over 15 years of experience in the security industry to the OMNI team. In his role, he provides oversight of day-to-day operations and project management to ensure team success by maintaining project budgets, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures in particular safety procedures. A natural project manager, Fernando is always focused on getting the job done right—the first time. When not at work, Fernando can be found on the golf course or playing kickball—showing off his newest kicks from his sneaker collection.


Ryan Luchka

Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, Ryan provides management and day-to-day oversight of all Security Concepts service and installation. With over 15 years of experience in the electronic security industry, Ryan is a licensed communications technician with deep expertise on the technical and operational requirements for installation projects. Focused on meeting each client’s desired result, Ryan takes great pride in a job well done. When not at work, Ryan enjoys grilling, working around his house, and spending time with his family.


Jon Rodriguez

General Manager, Industrial Services

As General Manager, Jon manages all aspects of OMNI Industrial Services, including day-to-day operations, new business development, safety, and financial management. Jon’s expertise has been developed over the years from hands-on field work and the progression up the ranks of management. He is focused on taking care of his clients and his employees, ensuring safety, reliability, and quality services. When not working, Jon enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
