Tim is responsible for quality control, compliance, and safety programs across all divisions of OMNI. This includes managing employee training, risk assessment and control, insurance claims, and ensuring compliance in sensitive environments and projects such as industrial facilities, clean rooms, and security systems.

With a degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Tim graduated Summa Cum Laude and is a certified trainer for OSHA, NSC First Aid and CPR. Tim has worked in the industry for 15 years and is a proud United States Air Force combat veteran in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Tim’s hobbies include golf, fantasy football and spending time with his nieces and nephews.

As OMNI Industrial Services’ Operations Supervisor, Gio is responsible for maintaining and enhancing operations while implementing and enforcing the correct practices and procedures. Daily, Gio oversees and coordinates the division’s projects, as well as training & recruiting our reliable labor force and building client relations.

Gio first began his career in industrial services 9 years ago as a laborer, and quickly climbed the ranks to foreman, and then ultimately Supervisor. When he’s not working, Gio enjoys spending time with his wife and family, as well as fishing.

Brian is OMNI Resource Management’s Marketing Coordinator. He’s responsible for all of OMNI’s social media management, content creation, web design & maintenance, public outreach strategy and more. A graduate of New England Institute of Technology, Brian has held content creation and marketing positions since 2014, as well as owning his own photography business.

When Brian isn’t busy at work writing bios about himself in the 3rd person, he enjoys going on adventures with his 2 children, photographing wildlife, and creating digital art.

Gabe Costa is OMNI Building Service’s dedicated Project Superintendent. Gabe’s advanced carpentry skillset is the result of over 25 years of experience in commercial facility construction and maintenance. Gabe’s uplifting demeanor and humorous persona has established him as a client favorite.  

When Gabe isn’t building OMNI’s latest project, he enjoys camping, visiting his home country of the Açores, spending time with his kids and grandkids, and playing cards with his buddies.

low-voltage industry. Whether it’s a residential burglar alarm, commercial access control, intrusion detection system or fire alarm, Chris has the experience to lead any project to completion, on-time and on-budget.

As the Operations Coordinator for our Industrial Services division, Juan is responsible for weekly payroll, onboarding new employees, travel and fleet coordination, negotiating with vendors to maximize savings, monitoring and vouchering expenses, coordinating equipment and supplies, and supporting the General Manager in all aspects of the operation.

Juan has been in the industrial labor support industry for years, including with OMNI Industrial Services since it began. When he’s outside of work, Juan enjoys spending time with his family.

With over 30 years of professional accounting experience, Omni counts on Maureen to keep our day-to-day processes running smoothly and efficiently.

Since founding OMNI, Chris has led the acquisitions of Security Concepts and Rhode Island Alarms, and the launch of OMNI Building Services and OMNI Industrial Services. Prior to OMNI, Chris was an executive at Suburban Resources, a regional leader in comprehensive facilities services. His background includes facilities maintenance, property & parking management, commercial construction, cleanroom maintenance, and industrial maintenance.

Chris is a US Army combat veteran and served as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He holds a BS from Bryant University and an MBA from Babson College. When not at work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

Ed brings over 30 years of construction experience to the OMNI team. He is responsible for managing OMNI Building Services, including pre-construction services, estimating, scheduling, budget preparation, document distribution as well as general oversight of construction and building services projects. Prior to joining OMNI, Ed held various senior positions with large general contracting companies and owned and operated a successful general contracting and consulting business for over 15 years.

Ed holds a degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology, a Massachusetts and Rhode Island unrestricted Building License and OSHA 30 Certification. In his free time, Ed is involved in his local hockey association as a player, coach, and former board member.

As President of Security Concepts, Clint is focused on business development, new growth platforms, and management of strategic relationships. Clint founded Security Concepts, Inc. in 1989 and grew the company until its acquisition by OMNI Resource Management in 2018.
Clint holds many certifications and is actively involved in ASIS International.

Educated at Northeastern University in Criminal Justice, with continuing education at Johnson & Wales University School of Business, and the RI School of Design, Clint continues to study the latest in security systems and trends. Clint enjoys riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family.
